I love learning new things and following blogs and getting things done. In the process, I just stuff my brain with too much information way too quickly.

So, here is a post I came across at another blog (Think Simple. Be Decisive.) that has some good tips at reducing the overload and preventing it from getting you in the future. I so need to put a bunch of this into practice. In fact, my wife just scolded me the other day for answering my cell phone too much and checking emails all the time.

There is a time and place for all that, I just need to set some of those guidelines for myself. You do, too. Go check it out.
